To quote "no need to get drunk on champagne..." Dear Sir, you are wrong! I will concede that as we get older the copious amounts of alcohol deemed socially appropriate dwindles. However, it is New Year's Eve and at a minimum a toast of some sort is appropriate. Unless you are a communist. Then you hardly notice time passing amongst the cold and oppression. Happy New Year!
