A long-standing dream of mine is about to be fulfilled. I’ve got tickets to see Tool in Boston in July, and the funny thing is, I have no idea what to expect. I don’t know if they put on an elaborate show or a simple one, if Maynard will be outspoken like Eddie Vedder or reserved like Trent Reznor.
I’ve been listening to Tool along with all the other bandwagon hangers-on since ‘Sober’ hit the airwaves in 1994. I’m just glad they’ve continued to produce good music long enough for me to see them live.
Now, about those U2 tickets…
I thought the long standing dream of yours was to watch Creed perform alongside Pearl Jam.
